When Adam and Eve failed at the Fall they responded in three different ways. They tried to cover themselves, hide themselves, and vindicate themselves. We tend to respond these same ways when we fail today. But, how did God respond to Adam and Eve’s failure? He called to them; and He covered them. This is important because He will respond the same way in our lives as well. Ultimately, each of us tries to fix our sin, failures, brokenness, and hurts in one of two ways: we either try to fix them ourselves; or, we run to God to fix them for us.
